TEIG-REZEPT 1:
3 Eiweiß (10,5 ccm)
200 g Staubzucker (Puderzucker)
200 g Kokosett
1 Pk Vanillezucker
2 EL Jamaika-Rum

PARISERCREME FÜR UNTERTEIL:
0,25 g Sahne (Schlagobers)
125 g Bitterschokolade, gehackt
125 g Milchschokolade, gehackt

TEIG-REZEPT 1:
Eiweiß steif zu Schnee schlagen. Löffelweise Staubzucker vermischt mit Vanillezucker zufügen. In die feste Schneemasse Kokosett und Rum behutsam unterheben.

FORMGEBUNG:
Teigmasse für kleine Kokosbusserl kleiner, oder größere Kokoskuppeln (Krapferl) etwas größer, auf ein gefettetes (oder mit Backpapier ausgelegtes) Blech dressieren (oder mit Löffel Häufchen machen), Kuppeln glatt streichen.

BACKROHR:
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 150°C hellbraun backen.

PARISERCREME FÜR UNTERTEIL:
Sahne einmal kurz aufkochen, vom Herd nehmen. Schokolade darin auflösen und das Ganze kalt stellen.

FÜLLEN UND ZUSAMMENBAU:
Durchgekühlte Parisercreme 3-5 Min aufschlagen. In Spritzsack füllen und auf runde Oblaten dressieren (streichen).

Kokosbusserl oder Kokoskuppel (sie haben gleiche Größe wie Oblaten) oben auf setzen.

SCHOKOLADENGUSS:
Kuvertüre nach Packungsanleitung herstellen. Den jeweils unteren cremigen Teil der Kokosbusserl oder Kokoskuppeln in Schokoladeglasur tauchen. Auf Tortengitter trocknen lassen.

the good thing at such tournaments is that the bad teams have to go (or stay) home and the better ones play more games until there are only 2 of them. so even i think its ok austria was kicked out yesterday, and switzerland as well a few days earlier. but why didnt they take those two guys with them:

why do we have to face those “mascots” the whole tournament? which advertising agency thinks those two exploded foxes are funny? they should represent the alps, tss. but maybe they are better than goaleo, the funny lion of our world cup 2 years ago here in germany.

and of course, dont forget the funny orange from spain 1982, pique – the crazy jalapeno pepper from mexico 1986, good old ciao from italy 1990, the french cockerel, ato, kaz and nik – the nuclear manga from japan and korea, ….

Servus folks,

these days we have the European Football Championship in Austria and Switzerland. For those who don’t know: these countries don’t really have the best football teams (but they can ski like hell). Switzerland was kicked out of the Tournament by Turkey and Austria was close to be beaten by Poland until they made it to convert a penalty shot, it ended in a draw. Austria had some problems because normally they play downhill… The penaly was shot by the Austrian striker Vastic (born in Croatia).

And Germany lost against Croatia. However, that means that there will be a kind of final on Monday with Austria against Germany. This sibling rivalry can be compared as if england plays against scotland (oh, by the way, england is not qualified for the tournament, haha) . I propose that they have to use skis on the field which would be an advantage for the mountain-folks. 1978, they made it once it already, so why not again next monday?
